Come back to Rapture in a story that brings Booker and Elizabeth to the underwater city on the eve of its fall from grace. Developed by Irrational Games, the studio behind the original BioShock and BioShock Infinite, this DLC features Rapture as you’ve never seen it before—a shining jewel at the bottom of the ocean, built almost entirely
In BioShock Infinite's set of timelines, it takes the form of Columbia, an early 20th-century city floating in the sky. Dialogue in Burial at Sea - Episode 2 confirms that Elizabeth and Booker's brief visit takes place in 1960. Burial at Sea - Episode 1 []

much like the ending of fallout 3, it's similarly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ developer destiny nonesence. Consitering the majority of players probably use the peeping tom plasmid to great extent, especially upgraded, there's no reason she couldn't have just gone invisible, grabbed and hid the child, and gotten the hell out of there.
However, as shown by the end of Infinite, all of these Elizabeths are effectively eliminated from the timeline. That leaves but the one who escaped to Rapture to hunt down the final Comstock, as seen in Burial At Sea 1, and the Anna/Elizabeth in Burial At Sea 2.
